India: Talks Impossible for Now. India said Tuesday that talks with rival Pakistan were impossible for now, the presence of U.S. troops in Pakistan was not a deterrent to war and President Pervez Musharraf's speech on the Kashmir crisis was "dangerous" as well as "offensive and tasteless." [AP]
