When Radio renders anything it looks for a #template.txt file starting the current directory and then working its way up the hierarchy until it hits the Radio "root" directory (usually "www"). I think most people just use the same #template.txt file for their category pages and for their category-specific stories. However, you can use a template for your category-specific stories that is different from your category Home Page. Just plop the #template.txt file you want in the stories directory.
Saving the #template.txt file will not cause anything to get re-rendered. To do that you need to update the timestamp on the story files themselves. You could edit them, or use a touch utility. Whatever it takes to update the timestamps on the files you want to be rendered anew.
