Food Supplements - nutritional yeast
Fruit Juices - processed with GE products
Fructose, Lactase - in soft drinks, candy, baked products, etc.
Papaya
Potatoes (white)
Rennet (vegetarian) - chymosin (marzyme is safe)
Soy - in bread, cereal, ice cream, pasta
Soybeans & Soy Products - soy sauce, burgers, franks, tofu, powders, lecithin
Squash - yellow crooked neck
Sugar, Sorghum, Molasses
Tomatoes - except Roma or Plum types
Vitamin Enriched products - vitamins, cererals, breads, crackers, etc.
Vitamins - if you take vitamins make sure they are 100% organic
Yeast - safe brands are Red Star or Fleishman's
