This is a shot of the irrigation channel just outside my office. I've cut out the cars parked on the left. The building in the background is the palace (barely visible). The "stream" is actually an irrigation channel and is dry most of the time. The irises (no longer in bloom) were brought in from Norfolk, England (don't ask me why) a few years ago.
