Free Speech: The Other Side Blog Channels Equal Discussion Groups. This seems very close to your everyday discussion group or web forum, and likely to suffer the same spam and noise problems. [b.cognosco]

Yup! Free speech lends itself to some abuses. So some moderating or group moderating can be done to ensure the mission of the channel. IP Banning..
