About two weeks ago I talked with Denis Roarty from Chicaog Public Schools Learning Technology department about the possibility of using Manila and Radio for developing K-Logs and building learning communities within CPS with these relatively inexpensive tools. When I visited him, Denis was investigating the use of content and knowledge management systems. I sent an email over a week ago about working with them on this type of project. I haven't heard a peep. I know there are servers not being used or that can implement virtual hosting.
