Back in January I wrote that KTVU Morning News had wasted its precious, and usually well-spent, air time on live coverage of the "Hockey Dad" trail.
Today, they sunk to a new low. They actually used several minutes of airtime showing Debbie somebody lip-synching (poorly) her song tribute to September 11th. Yes, lip-synching, but it was "live" coverage so I was supposed to feel better about it apparantly. And never mind that the song is actually some self-published ditty recycled from the Iran-Contra affair of the 1980s. What in the world are those news directors thinking?
Is there another local morning news show I can watch instead? Please let me know, KTVU is slipping fast.
