Help!
How in the heck can I send a bug report to Userland? My Radio crashes on quit at least 20% of the time.
But it appears that the only way to communicate with tech support at Userland is via Yahoo groups or mailing lists. I have an aversion to handing out my email address to Yahoo anything, so no thanks.
Here I am, a savvy customer who wants to help them solve a problem with their product, yet I can't figure out how to connect with the company. And it's not even a BigCo!
Arrrrggghhh!

I've been evaluating a new piece of software, Tinderbox, for a couple of weeks now. It's really impressive -- every corner I turn I find another thoughtful and powerful feature. I'll be writing more about it soon, but if you have a Mac you must check it out. I'm fully Mac OS X-using, but it's so good that I run the Classic Environment just to use it. Don't let the Classic requirement hold you back.
