Tinderboxing at Engelbart - Revisited
Tinderbox is so new that lots of people are trying to come to grips with its capabilities. I've heard from a few of my fellow pioneers, thanks to the folks at Eastgate who pointed at my previous article.
As a result, here's a new article about the process of working with Tinderbox. And, just to add something new, this one was written in Tinderbox then exported, formatted, and published with Userland Radio 8.

OHMYGOD!
As Dave likes to say, it's worse than it appears.
Not only have I pointed to a Slashdot threat, I actually said something appearing there was "news."
I clearly should have stayed in bed today.

GameBoy Web Server A Slashdot thread about a guy that has created a web server for a GameBoy Advance.
Yes, I have sunken to the lowest of 'blogging lows -- pointing a Slashdot thread. Elapsed time from start of blog to this happening, approximately 3.2 months. I'm so ashamed. How many licks does it take to get the center of a Tootsiepop?
OK, now that I've come beat myself over the head for that, what's my point? Well look at the Slashdotter's comments on this piece of news. C'mon, endless dumb debate about the merits of this project? "Merits"?! No surer sign is necessary -- more people who don't get it read Slashdot every day. If you have to ask "why" then go back to reading Slate.com. Sheesh.
