Earthquake
The 5.2 Gilroy quake woke me up last night. The strongest I've felt. I immediately jumped on the Web for confirmation and found that it wasn't listed at the USGS home page, yet. About 10 minutes later it showed up in all the glorious detail, then a couple of minutes later the local news (which was on the air live at the time of the quake) started talking about it.
