I'm not a big card player, in fact I suck at poker. But I know finely-crafted software when I see it, and iPoker more than fits the bill.
It's great for the casual player, like me, but also the hardcore person who knows what they're doing. Hand analysis, a zillion game variations, and lots of interesting preferences. You can even create your own characters to play against, but not in the cheesy way that some products attempt this.
And at only $25 it is a shareware bargain. I'm just a happy customer, and was thrilled to see the Mac OS X version recently, so check it out when you get a chance, eh?
