Those wacky folks at Heinz
What is going on at Heinz Corp these days? They introduce colored
ketchup, a bottle that dispense from the bottom (yay!) and now they're
running a bizarre contest. In "Say Something
Ketchuppy" you're invited to come up with a witty saying for their
labels. Things like "Still available in Red", "Pours faster for curly
fries", or as they suggest, a diss to mustard. Winners get their labels
in production, a custom t-shirt, and a year's worth of ketchup. Cool.
(Although I prefer catsup, thank you.) You'll see the
corporate-produced saying on shelves now, the better ones we write will
presumably debut in the new year, after the close of the contest. It's
great to see such a bulwark company get so creative.
