I'm at the Chicago O'Hare airport waiting to get on my plane to go back to Seattle. I maxed out my vacation this next pay period, and it is time to go and use or lose. So I went to Chicago and visited with Mike Kahlili. Vik, Mike and Dan cmae up to visit for the weekend.
Friday, I went and watched Second City, a pretty cool comedy show that used to feed saturday night live with people. The show included some really great skits. Immediatly following was some improve, with the best skit being the "Osma bin Laden is hiding in your Neighborhood". Saturday, Everyone met at Union Station and went a Dim Sum lunch in chinatown. It was pretty good. There was then some kispy kreme action, and some hanging out at Mike's place. Later that night we waited two ours to get into a Tapa Bar. I had alot of olive oil and other good foods. This is how tapas is supposed to be.
Sunday, the four old housemates had lunch at Pizzaria Unos. Afterwards we said goodbye. That night mike and I went to Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind (TMLMTBGB). They did 30 plays in 60 minutes, and that night they made it. As part of the act I got a half of a PJ sandwitch. For dinner afterwards was Greek, and I got a gyro. Sunday was lunch with Jeff Raye at The Berghoff. Afterwards, Mike and I went to the Museum of Science and Industry. We did the coal tour, saw an internet exhibit and an imaging exhibit. Dinner was at Andy's a middleeastern food place.
