[MAC OS 9 NOTE] if you're running SETI and Radio on the same machine, don't have SETI run as a screensaver - run it as an app. Now, put that app in the background, and put Radio in the foreground.(Radio is unusable remotely when the SETI screensaver is up. If my Radio machine was running OS X, it might work better. I don't know.) Something else to try: PeekaBoo (http://www.clarkwoodsoftware.com/peekaboo/ ). Let's you set the priority for a process under 9. Good stuff. |
