Apple Technote QA1288 tells how to disable the "Application has unexpectedly quit" dialog box that (in 10.3) asks you to submit a bug report to Apple.

If you're a developer this is worthless - usually you caused the bug, and you're working on fixing it.

I wish that dialog would allow third parties in. "Send a bug report to the vendor, and to Apple" would be much nicer. Perhaps a Info.plist value that specifies a XML-RPC host that responds to published methods?
