Observation about my working style: You can usually tell how busy a day I've had by how many windows (Finder or otherwise) I have open. An easy week I'll have my desktop pretty much cleared of windows come Friday, while on a busy week I'll have two dozen Finder windows open, an addition half dozen minimized, and at least 3 apps I haven't quit in a week on my Dock.

Note how busy is much much different from productive, or useful...
