Copyright law flowchart
Today Bromberg & Sunstein LLP published a flowchart to determine the copyright status of a fixed work.

I think I want to jump up and down at how elegantly this chart explains the copyright laws. It's a mess of spaghetti, yes, but the copyright laws aren't exactly a walk in the park either.
