Now I know (Reuters)

Woh!
The cover for the March 2006 issue of MachTech has been published on Mactech.com. My AppleScript Variable Types and You article was chosen as the cover story (I get the cover graphic and everything).

So now's a good time to have a MacTech subscription, because if you're every been confused at something AppleScript did, well, maybe this article has your answer.

BTW: I like the new Script Assistant in Apple's Script Editor. Script Assistant is a kind of auto-complete for AppleScript. I spent a few hours using it and I'm hooked... of course I was on my Intel iMac, so raw speed of the machine probably made a difference.

50 miles from Antrax
Randomness happens in my life all the time. Part of that randomness is having the first Antrax outbreak in several years happen at my local college. Whose gym I was visiting this afternoon.

Last scare of the 'trax I remember is when powder was found in some mail a few years ago, but I could be forgetting one.

The Mansfield University Podcast (something I meant to link to before this, but never got around to), has a podcast of the public hearing available. (Also available are interviews with James Earl Jones' college roommate, and college life (both from students and all kinds of information parents might want to hear too). Neat things.)
