Thank you very much, Garth. I was missing the semicolon at the end of the "on" and "for" blocks. There really should be a UserLand tutorial on translating Object Database-stored scripts into macros, and the subtle differences between them. If one exists, could somebody point it out to me? Thanks. Also, Garth's right, there should be an easy way to debug macros. I do, however, like the debugging apparatus for database-owned scripts.

Before the Superbowl began, I was expecting to enjoy the commercials, with the game being a pleasant distraction. I had some inclination to root for the Patriots, because they were the underdogs, and everybody loves the underdog. Also, their QB is from Michigan, my school. By halftime, the commercials forgotten, I was pulling hard for the Patriots. That was one of the most exciting (and stressful) football games I've ever watched, and all I have to say is: Go Patriots!!!!
Actually, I have one other observation. If superbowl commercials are any indication of the economy, it appears that only two sectors are doing really well: companies that sell cheap beer and luxury cars.

I wrote the script that automatically inserts links to all my categories on a homepage. However, I can only get it to run from the object database; when I try to put it in a macro, it won't compile and I get the "name not defined" error message. Can anybody tell me how to turn this into a macro?

Aaron Swartz read The Fountainhead. I read Atlas Shrugged when I was a freshman in college. It affected me deeply, resonating stronger than I'd expected it to. It took me a long time to sort out my feelings about it. I think Aaron's got it right.
