He was fired by the team he was coaching, and then hired to coach another team, known more for it's high-powered offense. After just one year of coaching that team, and turning a good offense into a pitiful one, he was fired. The teams are the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers; the coach, Ray Rhodes. NFL fines Douglas. Eagles defensive end docked $35,000 for hit that knocked Bears QB Jim Miller out of playoff game.
