Blast from the past. One of the items scooped up in the "delacour australia" Google search turned out to be a pro-immigration essay I wrote for Electric Minds back in 1996. I'd forgotten that Abbe Don archived much of the Minds material. Frequently our past returns to haunt us, but not this time.
