From AvWeb's AvFlash: MISSING PAX'S HUSBAND FILES SUIT: This kind of puts your lost-luggage stories in perspective. A Bakersfield, Calif., man is suing American Airlines for losing his wife. Margie Dabney disappeared from Dallas- Fort Worth Airport December 5 and hasn't been seen since. The 70-year- old Alzheimer's patient was on her way with husband Joe to Los Angeles from Indianapolis. The woman went missing while her husband was being helped to the bathroom by an airline attendant. The airline has offered a $10,000 reward for information on her whereabouts but wouldn't comment on the suit. Google It! comment []

Excellent article in today's NYT: 4. There are long, glorious silences on the Golf Channel. And the commentators who cover their events — rather than shouting at each other across a split screen — actually spend a lot of their air time whispering, so as not to disturb the players. Nobody interrupts anybody on the Golf Channel. Google It! comment []
