I know that FrontPage does this, but my sites don't use FrontPage anymore (thankfully).

Looks like Visio Pro 2002 can do it.

Unfortunately, this is not something that Google can help with. Way too many pages include the term "site map", so you'll get LOTS of hits.

At the bottom of page 4 on Google, I found this: http://www.netroglycerine.com/sitemap.html, which creates a funky binary file. Unknown.

I fear I may have to write this one myself.
