Wherein we learn of Howard's mind NYTimes: Security Hole Found in KaZaA File-Sharing ServiceMr. Good said he had discovered the new security flaw while setting up the computer of a friend who was a computer novice. "I realized he was sharing everything on his hard disk," he said. I'm trying very very hard, but I can't seem to muster much sympathy for someone who tells KaZaA to share their C: drive. Yes, they should probably have a warning, and only share a limited number of file types by default, but it's a tad presumptuous to call a file sharing program that shares files a "security hole".
