Derry relatives object to screening of RUCAFTER thirty years[base '] fight for justice the British Establishment is still erecting stumbling blocks to any effective inquiry into the Bloody Sunday massacre.
The only sister of Bloody Sunday victim Gerard Donaghy told a Crown judge on February 11 why it was so important to her to be able to see RUC personnel as they gave their evidence to the Saville Inquiry.

Loyalist Commission: A Sign of Hope for the Future Billy MitchellIn reporting the meeting between Quentin Davies, Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, and the Loyalist Commission certain newsreaders and journalists referred to the Commission as either the self-styled Loyalist Commission or the so-called Loyalist Commission. They also highlighted the fact that the Commission included representatives of the three main loyalist paramilitary organisations while ignoring the fact that it also includes politicians, church people and community leaders.

Hamill cover-up exposed by Laura FrielNew evidence emerged this week in relation to the sectarian killing of Portadown Catholic Robert Hamill. In the wake of a Craigavon court case, a file has been forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions alleging that an RUC reservist warned one of the attackers involved in the 1997 murder that he was under suspicion. The RUC officer also told the loyalist to destroy any forensic evidence by burning his clothes.
