An American View of D-Day Dorothy RobinsonFor myself and possibly for others, the latest round of decommissioning is nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. The first round was the stunning one, the official surrender. Quite frankly, I wish they would decommission everything and get it over with, rather than using each D-Day as a bargaining chip in their little political games.
