Air Taxi Eclipse Aviation is in the news again. Stewart Alsop has written about the company in the April 1, 2002 issue of Fortune. Rich Karlgaard has also covered the story for Forbes' April 15, 2002 issue. This is process-thinking at its best. "The way we've always done it" doesn't have to be the way we do it in the future. If you haven't read James Fallows' book called Free Flight, that's where you'll get the details. Eclipse may truly be onto something. For those of you who remember the "early days" at Lotus, Symantec, Microsoft and others, the people behind Eclipse are Vern Raburn and Dottie Hall.
