Interesting, in all kinds of ways. Typekit is a spec for helping to deploy XML namespaces. Meaning, if you want to extend a particular XML standard (such as RSS, NewsML, etc.), you can do it via a namespace. But it is not all that convenient for people who receive the feed. The idea of this spec is to make is easier for feed receivers. It is also interesting, because this is just a spec, not an implementation. Someone has created the spec, with the hope that someone else will implement it. Neat, eh? Finally, its interesting because of the format of the spec itself. Maybe this is yet another thing I can steal, one day...
