Yet another cool K-Log post from John Robb: "In my mind, people are starting to see the limits of e-mail. Most people's inboxes are clogged with messages. They can't keep up. Spam and viruses are starting to decimate corporations. At UserLand we have been able to use our tools to turn internal e-mail traffic into a trickle from a torrent in last several months. K-Logging was a big part of that. In terms of personal productivity I have saved upwards of 1.5 hours a day normally spent categorizing and reviewing e-mails. That is a big savings. Note: this was all done while radically improving our ability to coordinate our activities.
