I'm glad to know that Microsoft is taking a month off for training and code review, but I with that they wouldn't refer to problems like this as a hiccup.

This article makes me wish that I had voiced my complaints about PacBell. I have had more than a few problems with them billing me incorrectly and overcharging me for products and services.
