Tebbit blasts Duncan Smith's Tories Lord Tebbit blasts Iain Duncan Smith's Tory regime for its "politically-retarded managers" and its "minority-chasing tomfoolery".
Its strange, years ago Tebbit was characterised as beyond the pale, yet its easy to imagine Blunkett telling folks to "get on their bikes" these days. Sounds like he's still ahead of the curve to me.

" The Shop Steward is a deeply swanky cocktail accessory. If I still had a bar, I would be all over this thing. Four or six bottles clamp in between cunning brass grips and jigger-measuring speed-pours. Spin the wheel of intoxication, hit the nozzle, and get exactly one shot of your favorite sauce. Lawyers discover eBay as legal-evidence bazaar
"After a heated bidding war on eBay, Mark Lanier recently paid $2,125 to win a 1941 Naval Machinery manual. It sounds like a peculiar collecting hobby, but to Lanier it was serious business. The Houston lawyer, who sues companies on behalf of asbestos-exposure victims, was bidding against a defense lawyer to get his hands on an evidentiary trophy filled with details on where and how asbestos was used aboard ships. "
Intriguing. Ought to tell John and Dad.

Excellent analysis from the Motley Fool: "Microsoft's capital deployment policies are abominable. The company annually buys back stock to cover up the dilution stock options grants would create. In 1999, Microsoft spent $2.9 billion in stock buybacks; in 2000, $4.9 billion; and last year, a whopping $6.1 billion, all of which intended to hide the dilution from stock option grants."
Microsoft has never paid a dividend!
