None of the activities described in this piece are all that groundbreaking (IBM was using proprietary wireless devices for field service dispatch well over a decade ago) but the pace of implementations has increased dramatically. So, he thinks it's terrible that his software makes it possible to spy on others, and features requests are things he's fought against - but he adds them anyway. What a pathetic person. If you're going to make it possible to spy on others, at least show the courage of your convictions.
