Analysts attribute decline in revenues to having angered customers years ago.
Compuware predicts 20% revenue drop since last year. After announcing plans this week to close offices and lay off workers as part of a restructuring, Compuware Corp. now says its revenues for the fourth quarter are off more than $100 million from a year ago. [Computerworld]
