I ran across Chris Sells VS.NET Fun Facts this morning, a compilation of excellent productivity tips for Visual Studio.NET developers. I especially appreciated the tip about starting VS.NET with an empty environment. I hadn't realized how much the act of loading the browser slowed down the overall load time. Now VS.NET starts up faster than emacs on my machine. 12:44:43 PM
