Web Services Council. What is IBM's Web Services Council? Is this something I should want to participate in? The WSC mission sounds interesting; it may be of value. Then again, "solution roadmaps" sound cool to management, but when the the design phase starts are they really useful, or just so much propoganda? Sharing best practices would be cool, but that sounds like a conference thing as opposed to learnings from a multiple company effort at implementing a proof of concept. Who is on the Web Services Council and what are they delivering? I'm skeptical, but open to reasons for joining. 2:56:19 PM
