Bummer. I did a clean install of Jaguar (I like to start from a blank slate). I thought I had backed up everything before erasing the disk. Apparently, I did not; specifically, I somehow missed the template files for this weblog. Not that they were anything special to look at, but they were the product of quite a bit of fiddling. Ah well, maybe this will give me the chance to try out my new copy of Eric Meyer on CSS...
Arlington Town Day
I picked up a few books at the Library Book Sale:
- Foucault's Pendulum
- This will be my fourth copy of this book (they keep disappearing...).
- Zodiac: The Eco-Thriller
- I enjoyed reading Snow Crash and Cryptonomicon, so when I saw this book available for $0.50... (Plus, it always interests me to see an author's rendition of the local city.)
- Information Anxiety
- Unfortunately, this book is out of print, but there's a "sequel" (Information Anxiety 2).
