Your Reality Will Be Augmented. The April, 2002 issue of Scientific American has a very nice summary of current activity in Augmented Reality. Although superficially similar to Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality (AR) does not aim to replace the users environment, but to enhance it. Stephen K.
