Microsoft Exec Warns Court of Windows Frustration "Consumers would be confused and frustrated if products marketed as Windows operating systems were incapable of running Windows applications because blocks of software code relied on by those applications had been removed," he said in written testimony. Hmm. Or maybe they'd start looking a little harder for alternatives... it's beginning to sound like not-so-subtle threats from Microsoft. As in "you can't break us up, because if you do, we'll make life miserable for our consumers." Tell you what: here's one consumer that won't be "confused and frustrated." Now that the days of consulting are over, there's absolutely no reason for me to keep running Windows at home. Time for a Mac? We'll see... |
