Representative Boucher D-VA is causing a ruckus introducing a bill asserting that "fair use" of copyrighted materials should prevent the music industry from selling copy-protected CD's. Here's the Slashdot link. I don't know about you but I was bummed that I couldn't rip the new Celine Dion CD. Not really.
Hopefully we'll get some good discussion around this bill from the Congress. Diana are you listening? Boucher is right on for the right reasons.
