2008 Presidential Election
Here's an article speculating on possible presidential candidates from the AP via the Rocky Mountain News [February 7, 2005, "2008 presidential hopefuls test waters"]. From the article, "New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson has told party leaders he will run." First I've heard of Richardson confirming that he will run.
