Political Wire: "Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) 'outpaces the field of potential Democratic candidates nationwide for the party's 2008 presidential nomination,' according to a new national Marist Poll. Clinton leads with 40%, compared to Sen. John Kerry at 18% and former Sen. John Edwards with 16%. On the Republican side, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani 'is the early leader' with the support nationwide of 27% followed by Sen. John McCain at 20% and Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at 10%."
