Front Range Mayors are expected to sign a conservation pledge today, according to the Denver Post [January 22, 2005, "Front Range mayors to sign water-conservation pact"]. From the article, "Organized by the Metro Mayors Caucus, the agreement outlines broad principles of water conservation, such as utilizing best management practices and recognizing the environmental and economic impacts of new water projects on mountain communities." Good idea.
