From the article, "On Friday, the Golden Triangle neighborhood - roughly bordered by West Colfax, Speer Boulevard and Lincoln Street - served as a backdrop for dueling campaigns concerning the proposed jail and justice center. One group said there is growing neighborhood opposition to the $378 million center; the other touted widespread community support for the May 3 bond measure."
