? for Denver City Council Here's an article about today's runoff elections from the Denver Post. They write: Voters in three Denver City Council districts will select their representatives as runoff elections conclude today. In west Denver, District 3 voters are choosing between JoAnn Phillips and Paul Lopez. Chris Nevitt and Shelly Watters are squaring off for District 7, and in District 8, voters are selecting between Sharon Bailey and Carla Madison. Ballots must be returned by 7 p.m. today. The three runoff elections will fill the only three open seats on the council. Remember to turn in your ballot if you're in Denver City Council Districts 3, 7 or 8.
