TABOR Unbossed is starting a series about the mechanics of TABOR. They write, "It seems oddly appropriate over the Labor Day holiday to examine the real effects of the Taxpayers' Bill of Rights (TABOR) on states' fiscal health, citizens' quality of life, and government budget-balancing on the backs of working Americans." Some of the irony of course is that this in-depth analysis is coming from the blogosphere on a day when the Rocky and the Post are running short articles, with little information, about opponents and proponents of Referendums C and D sniping at each other.
