Stephen Ludwig: We won Regent-At-Large elect Steve Ludwig: "It's official. We won. We declared victory to our supporters on Monday night Nov. 27th, let the press know on Tuesday, Nov.28th, and the Secretary of State made it uber official on Wednesday, Nov. 29th.
