Schaffer for U.S. Senate? The Durango Herald caught up with Bob Schaffer recently. From the article, "One of the top potential candidates for U.S. Senate expressed doubts about running Monday. Bob Shaffer, a favorite of conservative Republicans, said he's considering a run but doesn't know if the time is right for a candidate like him.
