Economic Policy Colorado Confidential: "At least 12,050 Coloradans slept on the streets, or in shelters, or under bridges -- or other places that are not home on January 29. The number of homeless people in Colorado is similar to last summer's tally of 16,203 . The new count is detailed in a study released today by the Colorado Division of Housing.
