Politics West: "Voters looking for ways to choose between the Republican and Democratic candidates for Colorado's U.S. Senate seat will likely be able to choose from a wide range of issues that divide the two by November, but the Roan Plateau won't be one of them. After Bob Schaffer's campaign said today that the Republican supports Gov. Bill Ritter's compromise drilling plan for the area - and now supports writing that plan into law - Schaffer and Udall now agree on the issue (Udall backed Ritter's plan in December and he is now working with other members of the state's delegation to codify the Ritter approach into law.)"
