Random Image Macro success!!
I got it! The random Radio image posting macro now works. However, Mike's script (I think?) has a typo. I had to modify the last line from images/ to images/random. Here is the code.

on randomImage(path = "images/random/") {
local ( fileName, f = radio.file.getSubFolder (path));
local (ct = file.filesInFolder (f,1), i=1);
local (imageNumber = random(1,ct));

on getNthFile (f) { if i == imageNumber { fileName = file.fileFromPath (f); return (false)} else { i++ }}; file.visitFolder (f, 1, @getNthFile); return (radio.macros.imageRef("images/random/" + fileName))}

Damn! I hate it when I'm not the first. *just kidding* Of course, someone else already beat me to this. Mike already has a random image macro. Time to share :-)

OK. I was trying to think of a cool Radio macro to write. I think I might have thought of one that might appeal to the selfish among us. Post random pictures of ourselves? You know, the little blog icon pictures you see on the different blogs. Hmm? Well, we'll see.

I agree with John Robb. The analysts have missed an important point. These Walmart PC's that come cheap with no OS [screenshot] (thanks to CamWorld) installed is a brilliant marketing ploy. Why wouldn't people buy these? You don't have to be tech-savvy. You just have to have extra OS discs laying around, whichs thousands of people do, whether is't Win98 or Linux or Be or whatever. If you buy a new PC, they don't ask you if you already bought a Microsoft OS and would like to upgrade with an upgrade price? Nope. They make you pay the tax for the full price of the OS. Screw that! The problem with copyright in this nation (the U.S. of ugh) is the fact that we as consumers are often paying twice if not more for the same copyright. When you go to see a movie at the cinema and then rent the same movie a year later, you paid twice for that copyright! That's wrong. The same thing happens when you upgrade and buy that new PC at Frye's [or insert favorite tech store here]. Think about it. Now, time for another Guinness.
